Ingredients

16 cloves garlic
1 cup oil
2 cups mayonnaise

Instructions

Place the oil and the garlic in a very small pot. The oil should cover the garlic completely.
On medium low heat, gently bring the garlic to a boil. Be patient.
Boil the garlic until it takes on a light brown nut color.
Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
Take the cooled oil and garlic and place in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse the mix a few times until the garlic is large chopped.
Place the mayonnaise in a bowl and whisk in the garlic/oil mix. Blend thoroughly.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
