Minced finely, use a microplane if you have one.

Grated
Instructions
Chill the grater, the bowl and blade of the food processor.
Roast the pepper over and open flame. Place in a covered bowl to let steam for 30 minutes. The peel off the charred skin.
1 ea Red Bell Pepper
Roughly chop the pepper and set aside.
1 ea Red Bell Pepper
Measure all of your dry and wet ingredients.
Grate the cheese. If using the grating blade of the food processor, then it should have been chilled with the other equipment.
1 lb Cheddar Cheese, Sharp
Place mayo in the bowl of the food processor fitted with the blade.
1 cup Mayonaise
Add the cheese and red pepper on top of the mayo.

1 lb Cheddar Cheese, Sharp,
1 ea Red Bell Pepper
Pulse the processor until ingredients begin to blend.
Add remaining ingredients.
1 clove Garlic clove,
1 tbsp Lemon Juice,
1 tsp Dry Mustard,
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce,
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Pulse the processor until the ingredients begin to blend.
Run the processor until you achieve a smooth blend of the spread.
Chill for 4 hours.
Notes
Flavor Variations:
Add a few dashes of hot sauce for extra heat.
Mix in finely chopped pickled jalapeños for a zesty twist.
Storage Tips:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to
5 days
.
Not recommended for freezing as the texture may change.
Serving Suggestions:
Spread on sandwiches or burgers.
Serve with crackers, celery sticks, or as part of a cheese tray.
Use as a dip for pretzels or chips at your next gathering.
